Towards an all-inclusive, counter-UAS layered defense platform
Mothership heavy lift UAVs are the cornerstone of our proposed layered defense architecture. This strategy creates a robust, 50-100 km-wide "no-fly zone" along critical frontiers—from Finland to Romania in Eastern Europe, and from the Korean Peninsula to Australia in the Far East.

Hyperfast interceptors for rapid, decisive neutralization of aerial threats.

DARPA Phase 2 : We are in !
We have been selected to participate to Phase 2 of the DARPA Lift Challenge, an open competition where the highest payload/empty weight ratio wins. This selection is based upon the validation of our proposed technical approach.
DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is a U.S. Department of Defense agency that creates and prevents technological disruption by funding high-reward research for national security, developing breakthrough technologies for the military that often become civilian innovations like the internet or GPS.

We are pleased to announce that Alexander Vinh has joined Mothership Apex as Chief Strategy Officer, effective February 10, 2026.
Alexander brings over 20 years of strategic expertise in the defense and aerospace sector. He has extensive experience marketing and managing aerial combat platforms, including leading campaigns and bid management for the Eurofighter Typhoon at Airbus Defence and Space. In senior roles such as Director of Marketing for Combat Aircraft and Director of Bid Management, he collaborated closely with multiple governments, international organizations, and stakeholders to advance high-stakes defense programs.
His proven track record in international defense strategy, government relations, and complex program leadership will be invaluable as we scale our heavy-lift VTOL UAV platforms and pursue global opportunities in defense, logistics, and autonomous systems.
